How to withdraw
Fill out the form below and send it via email to office@dahlia.ro. We will confirm receipt immediately via email (durable medium).
Alternatively, you can fill out the digital withdrawal form directly on the website, in accordance with GEO 18/2026. Both options have the same legal validity.

What happens next
After you receive confirmation, return the products to: Strada Gării no. 21A, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the products, using the same payment method.
