How we deliver

We offer free delivery throughout Romania via fast courier, to your home or to an easybox/locker. The courier is selected by us for fast and secure delivery.

Delivery time

We process orders within 1–2 business days, and the courier generally delivers within 1–3 business days from shipment. During busy periods (sales, holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free for all orders, regardless of value.

Payment

You can pay online by card or cash on delivery. For cash on delivery orders, a collection fee is added, which is visible at checkout.

Availability

If a product in your order is no longer available, we will notify you promptly and fully refund the amount paid.

Tracking your order

After shipment, you will receive the AWB number and tracking link via email so you always know where your parcel is.

Returns

You have 14 days to return products. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. See the details in our Return Policy.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you have any issues with an order, please write to us at office@dahlia.ro and we will work together to find the best solution.
