1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 calendar days, without providing a reason and without bearing any costs other than those for returning the products.

The 14-day period is calculated from the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the products. For orders with multiple products delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last product.

2. How to withdraw

You can exercise your right of withdrawal through any of the following methods:

a) Complete the withdrawal form on the website and send it via email to office@dahlia.ro.

b) Complete the digital withdrawal form available on the website, in accordance with GEO 18/2026.

c) Send an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email) to office@dahlia.ro informing us of your decision to withdraw.

We will confirm receipt of the withdrawal statement via email (durable medium), without delay.

3. Returning products

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you are obligated to return the products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you ship the products before the 14-day period expires.

The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.

4. Refund

We will refund all payments received, including initial delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery), within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the returned products.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, at no extra cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or until proof of their shipment is provided, whichever comes first.

5. Conditions for returned products

Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, with all tags attached, in the original packaging or in packaging that ensures adequate protection.

You are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (Art. 14 para. 2 of GEO 34/2014). This may include: removal of tags, traces of perfume, deodorant or makeup, or signs of prolonged wear.

6. Exceptions

In accordance with Art. 16 of GEO 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or those made to your specifications.

7. Applicable legislation

The right of withdrawal is regulated by GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, which transposes Directive 2011/83/EU. The digital withdrawal form complies with the requirements of GEO 18/2026.
